    The Delaware Valley Mountain Bike Patrol (DVMBP), a volunteer program founded in 1999, provides certification training to candidates through the National Mountain Bike Patrol program supported by the International Mountain Bicycling Association and maintains patrol units in the Wissahickon Valley Park in Philadelphia, PA.     Jersey Action Riders (JAR) is a social and recreational mountain bike club based in Southern New Jersey. JAR is a growing community of riders of all abilities who share the love of riding and a desire to preserve trails.
